DOWNLOAD
A patient must download and install the free Patient Concierge app. The app is available in the AppStore on Apple iPhone® 6 or later devices, and Google Play on Android® 5.0 or later devices.
LAUNCH
The patient launches the app and scans the QR code located on their hospital bill.
WALK-THROUGH
An animated, AI-powered avatar named “Eve” walks the patient through their bill. Eve explains when the bill is due, what amount is owed, and how to pay or access the account online.
LIVE ASSISTANCE
If a patient has further questions, they can tap “Call Concierge” at the bottom of the screen to speak to a live representative.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
The app does not copy or store any patient information.
ADOPTION ASSISTANCE
Hospitals utilizing the app have access to promotional videos and images to help introduce Eve and the app’s functionality to their patients.
